Colleen has been licensed in the State of Florida since 1993 and has been licensed in the State of Nevada since 1988. Since 1993 she has been practicing at the beaches in Jacksonville in the areas of general practice, small business matters, family law, probate law, and general litigation.
The general practice areas are small business law, quite titles, corporation, collections, and general litigation. The family law portion of her practice focuses on all family law matters, including divorce, custody, relocation, adoption, contempts, and supplemental petitions. The probate law portion of her practice focuses on guardianships, all probate matters, trusts, and wills.
